1. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. Competition is open to New Zealand residents only between Monday 1st April to Sunday 28th April 2019.
3. There are five $100.00 Milford Shopping Centre gift cards to be won. There will be five winners drawn randomly. Each winner will receive one $100.00 Milford Shopping Centre gift card.
4. Entrants must colour in the image and then place it in the entry box. The entry box is located in Milford Shopping Centre at the Customer Service Kiosk.
5. Prize winners will be drawn at 11am on Friday 3rd May 2019 and the winners will be notified by phone and email. If a winner is not contactable via phone and email (including not responding to voicemail, SMS or email) within three days of being notified there will be a redraw.
6. Prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
7. The competition is not available to employees of NZ Retail Property Group, retailers in a NZ Retail Property Group Managed Centre or its agencies.
8. NZ Retail Property Group will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, cost or expenses results from the use of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prize winners agree to their first name and colouring in picture to be used for promotional purposes.
11. Prize winners must collect their prize from Milford Shopping Centre Customer Service Kiosk, 24 Milford Road, Auckland, New Zealand with proof of ID and will have 30 days to collect the prize, otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
